We've selected these resources because they have inspired us, helped us, and driven our conversations further about how we shape the culture of tomorrow. BLACK FUTURE FESTIVAL [NYC, 2/18-2/25]

The Brooklyn Museum will host a week-long celebration of the African Diaspora and Black History Month. Each day, there will be workshops, performances, storytelling, and much more.

Linked above is a list of thirty black-owned businesses across the five boroughs of NYC to shop at either in person or online.

This social art project features a collection of 5K+ books written by Black women and Black non-binary writers, a virtual Reading Club, a weekly book swap, and more.

Pieces from 20 different artists dive into themes of equality, free speech, and other core principles of democracy. On display at AAMP.

CULTURAL AWARENESS [Dallas, 2/9-10]

The Dallas Black Dance Theatre explores global movement and expression through its “Cultural Awareness” show. It will also be live-streamed.

A call to action for major retailers and corporations to join in creating sustainable and supportive ecosystems for Black-owned businesses to succeed.

Based in Atlanta, the mission of NBF is to expose, educate, engage, and entertain audiences by presenting and supporting the art and artists of African descent.

Goodie Nation exists to eliminate the Relationship Gap that stands in the way of success for many promising entrepreneurs, especially those who are people of color, women, or aren’t located in coastal financial centers.

Mission is to increase the involvement of black women and girls in all aspects of sport, including athletics, coaching, and administration.
