Future Pack Leaders Program: 2025 Summer Internship

At Multiplier, we are committed to fostering the next generation of leaders in sports marketing, consulting, experiential, and partnerships. The Future Pack Leaders Internship Program is designed to provide high-achieving students with hands-on experience, executive mentorship, and meaningful projects that make a real impact.
This immersive 9-week remote internship offers a unique opportunity to develop critical industry skills, contribute to live projects, and gain exposure to the fast-paced world of sports and brand partnerships.
Program Overview
Duration: June 9 - August 8 (9 weeks)
Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere
Hours: Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $15/hour (college credit available)
Internship Pathways
Interns will be selected for one of the following specialized pathways, each offering executive mentorship and a dedicated project manager for guidance and support:
Sponsorship & Consulting – Develop strategic partnerships and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Marketing & Advertising – Support brand campaigns, content strategy, and digital marketing efforts.
Research & Analytics – Leverage data-driven insights to assess campaign performance and inform strategic planning.
Creative – Conceptualize and design compelling visuals, content, and storytelling elements. Experience with design platforms like Illustrator or Photoshop is encouraged.
Experiential – Craft immersive brand experiences and innovative activations to engage target audiences.
Events & Hospitality* – Plan and execute top-tier events and client engagements.
*This pathway position has already been filled for the Summer 2025 session.

Requirements
This program is open to rising seniors (who must be enrolled as seniors by Fall 2025), current seniors, recent graduates, and graduate students. You must major or minor in a field related to the pathway you select.
