Position Overview

Multiplier is on the lookout for a visionary Director of Business Development, a role crucial for spearheading our growth and expanding our impressive portfolio of brand partnerships within the vibrant intersection of culture and innovation. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with a rich background in the sports and entertainment sectors, someone who brings 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales, and a knack for forging path-breaking deals and cultivating growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically identify and court new client relationships, growing Multiplier's client base.

• Utilize and expand your extensive network, connecting with pivotal decision-makers at premier brands.

• Work closely with our strategy and creative teams to craft irresistible value propositions.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts to steer business development strategies.

• Champion Multiplier’s mission and vision at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10 years in business development or sales within the sports and entertainment arena.

• A robust network within branding and marketing circles.

• A history of surpassing sales targets and closing substantial deals.

• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation prowess.

• Acute analytical and strategic planning skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
