We are looking for a Sr. Brand & Cultural Strategist who anticipates what's next, elevates our creative, and gets our clients’ work on the highlight reel. This role is for someone who believes that experiences build brands and storytelling is at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Do:
Spot trends, analyze data, and identify cultural opportunities for growth.
Lead creative briefing sessions that inspire creatives to push boundaries.
Craft brand strategy decks that tell inspiring stories and drive action.
Develop brand positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Cultivate internal culture and identify strategic partners to amplify brand reach.
Author thought leadership pieces that position Multiplier as a cultural expert.
Support new business development efforts with culturally relevant brand strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of brand strategy experience, preferably with culturally relevant agencies and/or brands.
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to impactful execution.
High cultural intelligence and the ability to forecast promising opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to author brand strategy, insights, and creative briefs independently.
Proven ability to conduct thorough desk research and extract actionable consumer/audience insights from research tools.
Confidence in delivering brand strategy across media through storytelling.
Comfort presenting to leadership and pitching new business.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research and insights.
