The Role:
We’re looking for a bold, hard-working creative Copywriter and big idea “concepter” with a history of pitching and delivering award-winning work. This role will shape the creative direction at Multiplier, working across a diverse portfolio of brands and collaborating with leadership to drive our creative vision forward. You’ll be client-facing, working directly with major brands to deliver stand-out campaigns and activations. You’ll be working up and down Multiplier as well, expected to collaborate with hands-on executives from day one.
Moving forward we’re focusing a lot on in-person experiential activations. Sure, we’ve got plenty of content, video, social projects in the mix, but we’re focused on those tangible moments you can touch, feel and interact with. We’re looking for people who can dream up these kinds of ideas, and think through the details throughout the journey: building excitement, interaction, surprises, shareable moments, and merch you’ll want to take home.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the creative vision for experiential campaigns and brand activations across sports, entertainment, and culture, with an emphasis on compelling storytelling and messaging.
Help shape Multiplier’s voice in culture and in business. We want to dial in how we talk about ourselves, and how we present ourselves to the outside world.
Collaborate with leadership to drive creative strategy and execution, ensuring that our work stays ahead of trends.
Be the go-to person for writing client presentations, building trust and inspiring confidence with your vision and execution.
Mentor and inspire junior creatives, ensuring creative consistency and delivering excellence across all projects.
Stay plugged into cultural trends, using your insights to craft innovative, relevant experiences for top brands.
Qualifications (Both Roles):
8+ years of experience in a creative Copywriter role with a proven track record of delivering impactful work.
A portfolio that shows a mastery in crafting narratives that resonate across channels, from live events to experiential activations to branded content.
Client-facing experience with strong presentation skills and the ability to build narrative-based presentations and pitch big ideas with confidence.
Passion for sports, entertainment, and culture, with an eye for trends that keep brands relevant.
