Job Summary:

We seek a driven, talented, and creative graphic designer to join our growing team. This role is best suited for someone at an early-career stage, with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. You will be responsible for contributing fresh ideas, bringing concepts to life with a high level of detail, and building visual designs that communicate the brand message in a unique and culturally relevant way. You will work closely with our creative and account management teams to learn industry standards and develop and execute a wide range of projects—from branding and social media, to deck creation, to experiential set design at a stadium.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative solutions for a range of internal and client projects.

  • Design and create visually appealing and engaging presentations for client pitches and internal use.

  • Build out final production-ready files based on established event branding, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.

  • Prep, slice, and export graphics and assets in correct formats, sizes, and specifications for various outputs, including social media, print, web, and large-format signage.

  • Support early-stage concepting by gathering visual references, compiling moodboards, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with our team of creatives and account managers to ensure that designs are visually consistent and meet project objectives.

  • Help maintain and grow the Multiplier brand in all mediums, including website, social media, email newsletter, credentials deck, swag, and outbound marketing materials.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends, industry standards, and insights to inform the development of culturally relevant design solutions.

  • Ensure that all designs are culturally appropriate and respectful of diverse audiences and communities.

Profile and Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional design experience (agency or in-house).
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field.

  • A strong portfolio website showcasing student work or previous client work.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Experience with video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects) is a plus, but not required.

  • Proficient in Google Slides.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel on occasion as needed.
