MEET THE MULTIPLIERS

Meet Payton Rausch, Account Manager here at Multiplier, who joined us three years ago from Nashville Soccer Club. We asked her the important questions…
WHAT’S THE COOLEST THING YOU’VE DONE IN YOUR CAREER SO FAR?
One of the coolest moments in my career was turning a brand campaign into a stadium tradition at GEODIS Park. Our challenge was to introduce GEODIS—a global supply chain logistics leader—to Nashville fans in a fresh, engaging way. The solution? Delivering the match ball through GEODIS’ lines of business. Now, it’s a pre-match tradition, with every delivery bringing surprises like GEODIANS, local celebs, musicians, pyrotechnics, and even a drone. It’s amazing to see how an innovative idea can become part of the fan experience.
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS?
Get as much hands-on experience as possible—whether through volunteering, internships, or part-time roles. Every opportunity, no matter how big or small, offers valuable skills and insights. Plus, exploring different roles will help you discover the many exciting paths within the sports industry and find your passion!
WHAT’S THE MOST INTERESTING OR UNUSUAL SKILL YOU HAVE THAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT?
One interesting skill that many people might not know about me is my background in studio art. I have a minor in studio art, with a focus on wood bending and welding.
