Lauren Allison

Lauren Allison joined Multiplier in 2023 as Vice President, Insights & Analytics. She leads a team responsible for unearthing unique, compelling, data-driven insights in order to find new and creative opportunities to connect with target audiences. Fresh out of LSU with a degree in journalism, Lauren worked on air and behind the scenes to deliver entertaining and educational content that listeners could connect with. Eventually, she took those skills to a bigger market and joined The Dallas Morning News. The initial scope of the job was limited to classifieds, but being curious and industrious, Lauren began supporting the multimedia team, learned to code, managed multiple websites and helped expand DMN’s digital footprint significantly. With digital media in full bloom, Lauren joined Townsquare Media and essentially took an on-air product online, creating loyalty programs and growing brand affinity and ad revenue through a more robust digital presence. For the decade prior to joining Multiplier, Lauren worked for MVP Index, starting in content marketing and multimedia content development before, ultimately, leading a team of analysts to evaluate and maximize the effectiveness of clients’ investments in sports and entertainment sponsorships and ensuring alignment of investments with brands. Lauren is a DISE (Dallas Influencers in Sports & Entertainment) board member and a popular speaker on topics ranging from sports to women in technology. She balances her professional life with roles as a mother, partner, triathlete, actress, and advocate, bringing unbound energy and a can-do attitude to everything she pursues.
