EXCLUSIVE, ELEVATED, INNOVATIVE, INTIMATE

JP Morgan Payments, Miami F1

J.P. Morgan Payments asked us to imagine the future of retail and biometric payments for an exclusive experience at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix in May 2023.

We combined some of the most advanced technology on the market: biometric palm scanners, magic mirrors to demonstrate the endless aisle, digital vending machines, martini-serving robots, personalized lighting, and custom databases to track preferences. The result was a cohesive experience that allowed guests to momentarily step into the future.

With the scan of their palm, guests were served their drink of choice by a robotic bartender at the Future Bar and accessed a customized shopping experience at the Future Boutique. More than 7,000 palm scans occurred throughout the weekend. Our exclusive hat designs became the must-have item of the event.

We have since repurposed elements of this activation for JP Morgan Payments at conferences in Palo Alto and Las Vegas, continuing to deliver against the objectives of increasing awareness, improving perception, and dimensionalizing the “art of possible” through a B2B2C lens.

INTERACTIVE + EDUCATIONAL

GEODIS at GEODIS Park, Nashville Soccer Club

Nashville Soccer Club fans were familiar with GEODIS thanks to their naming rights sponsorship of GEODIS Park, which opened during the 2022 season. The next step was to educate fans on what GEODIS does.

We helped GEODIS tell a full logistics story at the beginning of every game this season, which concludes with an epic delivery of the match ball. The activation starts on the jumbotron, following the match ball as it travels on planes, ships, trucks, conveyor belts, robots, and more on its delivery path to GEODIS Park. The video transitions to a live experience as the match ball arrives at the stadium and is delivered to the field, with one game’s delivery employing a drone for the drop-off.

Whether it is utilizing a drone or a celebrity to deliver the match ball, GEODIS has been able to increase brand awareness and understanding of what they do among Nashville SC fans and has owned the pre-game of every match at GEODIS Park.

TAKING SPONSORSHIPS FURTHER

Wyndham Hotels – Mascot Takeover at Wyndham's Global Conference

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts highlighted its partnership with Minor League Baseball by inviting six mascots to surprise and delight attendees during its Wyndham Global Conference in Anaheim.

Over 6,000 attendees took to the trade show floor at the Anaheim Convention Center. They were greeted by some of MiLB's favorite characters, including Bumble the Salt Lake Bee, Spruce the Goose from the Las Vegas Aviators, Parker T. Bear from the Fresno Grizzlies, and Thunder of the Lake Elsinore Storm. Attendees stopped by the MiLB activation footprint to take photos with the mascots, get branded baseball-themed swag, and learn more about the partnership.

Wyndham gave franchisees from around the country 1:1 exposure to MiLB so that they can continue to grow the partnership and drive heads-in-beds next season.

EPIC PARTIES FOR A CAUSE

Johnny Mac Tennis Pro-Am After Party, The Hamptons

Our events & hospitality team spent an August weekend in The Hamptons planning and executing every detail of the charity event following the Johnny Mac Tennis Project Pro-Am. This was the premier event to kick off the US Open with record-breaking fundraising for the Johnny Mac Tennis Project. The lavish party featured food, signature cocktails, a DJ, and a live auction. In addition to John, celebrity guests included Patrick McEnroe, Jim Courier, James Blake, and Reilly Opelka. Multiplier provided event planning and execution, design, production, catering, live auction management, and guest registration for the After Party.

WORLD-CLASS EVENTS THAT GIVE BACK

Nancy Lieberman’s Dream Ball, Dallas, Texas

On Saturday, September 16, our events & hospitality team executed the Nancy Lieberman Charities 12th Annual Dream Ball Gala. The program, hosted by ESPN’s Jay Harris, honored the legendary Dick Vitale, presenting him with the Lifetime Achievement Award. He was celebrated and congratulated by Spencer Haywood, Rick Pitino, and John Calipari and accepted the award with his wife Lorraine. The evening also honored recording artist NLE Choppa with the Inspirational Award, presented by Julius Erving.

The event hosted guests for a seated dinner and highlighted Nancy Lieberman Charities programs that strive to elevate and empower young girls and boys in our community. Our events team produced the event for the 12th time and managed all aspects, including event design and production, scripting, fundraising through silent and live auctions and raffle, talent management and hospitality, event communication, and vendor management. NLC Dream Ball and Celebrity Golf Classic (held the following Monday) raised over $1.3 million.

Also, our Factory8384 created one-of-a-kind custom Nike Air Force 1s that incorporated jerseys from six DFW-area sports teams, which sold for $2,500 at auction to benefit Nancy Lieberman Charities.

Multiplier has helped Nancy Lieberman Charities grow this marquee event from less than 100 guests at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for the Inaugural Gala to over 600 at a premier event venue by continuing to enhance the guest experience while maximizing revenue for the charity.

CHEERS TO NEW BEGINNINGS

Total Wine & More, New Location Opening Events

By the end of 2023, our events team will have hosted 37 opening events for new Total Wine & More locations in the past two years. At the event in Culver City, CA, we hosted more than 300 guests.

At this opening, we had 19 producers (wine, beer, and spirit brands) featured with tasting tables, including Moet & Chandon, who passed champagne for the short program and ribbon cutting. Our events team coordinates each event and secures all vendors, including catering, musician(s), staging, AV tables, chairs, decorations, and more.

POP-UPS FOR LOYAL FANS

OnePlus 11 Product Launch, NYC

OnePlus has a fiercely loyal customer base who are always excited to experience their next design. For the North American launch of the OnePlus 11, it was essential to provide a premium experience for their existing fans and generate awareness among a new audience of mobile phone consumers in the NYC metro area.

We created a one-day SoHo pop-up store that attracted over 500 people, allowed them to experience the OnePlus 11’s new features, and generated excitement about their latest technology.

Multiplier was able to create and execute this program for our client in less than two weeks and with an extremely tight budget. Multiplier can help you meet your objectives in any circumstance.

We also provide traditional corporate hospitality services if you’re looking to show your customers, partners, or employees a great time with a creative, unique experience. For example, we helped multiple clients host customers at this year’s Super Bowl, coordinated dinners and happy hours with athletes and celebrities, and organized additional activities in Phoenix, such as spa days and horseback riding.
